Billing Changes Effective Nov 30th

Dear Valued Customer,

This notice is to inform you about changes to the Arbucke Communications, LLC billing system and past due account suspensions.

Our payment terms policy currently states:
Arbuckle Communications monthly recurring charges are billed one month in advance. Your monthly payment is due the 1st calendar day of each month. If your appropriate payment is not received by the 15th calendar day of the month, you will be charged and you agree to pay a late fee. If your appropriate payment is not received by the 30th calendar day of the month, your service will be disconnected. If you are are disconnected, you understand that you are still responsible for any and all outstanding charges on the account. For full Terms of Service go to our website

Suspension Status:
Once the account is past due and goes to a suspended state, currently our system turns the service completely off. As of November 30th, our system will change. If your account is not paid within 30 days of the due date, your account will go into a suspended state and your service plan speeds will be drastically reduced, but not off. This change will allow you to go online to our homepage to use the customer bill pay portal so you can make your past due payment. If you have not set up your user-name and password for online bill pay access, please call our business office to do so at your convenience. Once payment is made, your service plan speeds will be fully reinstated to your current plan speeds.

Please be aware that if you are experiencing slow speeds, check to make sure your account has not gone into suspension status for a late payment. Plans speeds will be drastically reduced once the account is 30 days past due. Also note, this change in no way affects our policy to allow customers Unlimited Data Usage monthly. This slowing of speeds is only for customers that fall into suspension status until the account is paid to current.

This change is great news! Our team continues to work hard to provide the best customer support possible and we believe this change gives you more control of your service. If you forget a payment or are unable to pay during business hours, you can do so after hours or on a weekend and service will be restored immediately. Also, your service is not completely off, allowing you to still use the service to check banking and make online payments.
