Due to these unprecedented times, schooling and working from home has become a new normal. Demand for our Internet service has increased at a rapid rate. At this time, we are inundated with appointments for new customer installations. Because we can no longer give an accurate date for an appointment time, we are putting potential new customers on a wait list. Once we get caught up with those that have already signed up for new service as well as service calls to our valued current customers, we will then take new customers once again. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that we are working as quickly as possible, adding new crews, upgrading service to our towers to allow for the growth, and working extra hours to meet the demand for service during this time.
